Psalmlight – Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the Psalmlight app, provided by Loved Scents LLC ("we", "us"). By using Psalmlight you accept these Terms. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.

What Psalmlight is. Psalmlight shows passages of Scripture from the public-domain World English Bible for personal encouragement and devotion. It is not counseling, therapy or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for your church, pastor or a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 in the US, or your local emergency number.
Content. Scripture text is from the World English Bible, which is in the public domain. App design, artwork and reflection prompts are © 2026 Loved Scents LLC.
Your content. Journal entries and favorites are stored on your device. You are responsible for your device and its backups.
Subscriptions. Psalmlight Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription (yearly with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers, or monthly) sold and billed by Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, or when a free trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.
No warranty. PSALMLIGHT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
Limitation of liability. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR PSALMLIGHT IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR US$50 IF GREATER.
Changes. We may update these Terms; the date above shows the latest version.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
